This System can be easily operated by simply inputting operational
parameters , such as diameter of branch pipe , wall thickness of branch pipe , diameter of main pipe , intersection angle of two pipes , bevel angle through the touch panel. The system calculates automatically complicated contour curves.
Piercing is performed automatically at the scrap part of pipes according to input lead-in length to the software. The cutting torch moves to the cutting start point automatically by the order of cutting start.
Twist Angle Setting
Cutting start reference point could be set as as the twist angle from 0.1 to 359.9 in the step of 0.1 . Pipe centering work is eliminated by this function , which used to be done manually .
Memory Cutting
Automatic continuous cutting is possible by inputting various cutting shapes into the memory function. Pre-heat timer also can be inputted in the parameter of this function.
Proccessing Chart Display Function
The processing chart of cutting shape could be displayed in accordance with the input data . This function allows the user to verify the actual bevel angle and shape being cut at a glance.
Windows Data Input On PC
After creating data on the personal computer , Data transfer is possible by floppy disk. It is also possible to print out processing charts and job orders from the personal computer.
DNC/LAN Data Input ( optional )
Direct data transfer is possible by connecting a computer to the machine using lan , etc.
Constant Bevel

The accurate constant bevel angle preparation can be obtained by inputting the torch angle on the branch pipe cutting.
Fixed Point / Weld Pre. Bevel

The Pipe Coaster has fixed point bevel and weld preparation bevel cutting functions as well. The fixed point bevel cutting is to cut while changing the bevel angle by inputting the torch angles at 4 points on the pipe periphery. The weld preparation bevel cutting is to cut while changing the bevel angle by inputting the weld bevel angle only.
Hole Bevel Cutting (MTS)

As the standard models (MT) perform hole cutting by the chuck rotation formula, the bevel angle is always pointing to the center of cutting postion. Mts models perform the hole cutting by either fixed chuck formula or the combination methods of fixed chuck / chuck rotation formula, thus the bevel preparation like a drill hole cutting could be obtained.
