The Whistler HP is a completely integrated machine in which the downdraft table and moving gantry are one unit. The rigid steel table consists of zoned sections that open and provide fume extraction when the torch is cutting over that zone. Each zone has a removable tray which makes cleaning the table both easy and efficient. The gantry is a dual sided drive on the rail axis and both the rail and cross axis ride on high precision linear guide rail technology. The combination of linear rails with an AC brushless servo drive and there high precision gear boxes, results in an extremely smooth and accurate plasma cutting machine. The Whistler HP is suitable for any company requiring consistent, accurate plasma cut parts.

The Everest 2000 Profile Cutting Machine was designed to meet the needs of the steel service centers and larger fabrication shops. The solid steel, precision machined construction combined with powerful AC brushless drives and low backlash gear boxes will satisfy the most demanding production environment. The design criteria focused on serviceability utilizing standard off the shelf components. The Everest 2000 is customized by the customer to meet their specific requirements and flexible enough to meet their future needs.

Bridge / Pedestal design. Designed for a medium to heavy duty workload Machine covers a large range of applications, from small fabrication shop that cut for only a few hours per day, to the large steel service centers / manufacturers which run multiple shifts. Rigid steel frame and dual sided drives offer smooth, accurate motion and reliability at a competitive price. Machine uses standard off the shelf components such as bearings, rack, pinions, V Rail, V Wheels, Siemens PLC's and Touch Panels, No Pinnacle custom electronics PCB's, bearings, rack, etc.
