Tanaka LMXR Series Laser cutting has become an industry standard for plate fabrication. The tight tolerance, large-part lasers with highest productivity in the smallest footprints – the LMXR TF2000 & TF4000 by Tanaka
The Demand for high cut quality and high tolerance is increasing daily.
At the same time , demands for high productivity are growing , especially in all the Job Shop industry.
To meet this demand for high-quality /high productivity, Tanaka developed the new LMXR plate laser .
The LMXR was designed to cut the high demand middle range thickness of 10 gauge through 5/8 " with reduced cost and low operating expense .
A low system cost coupled with large part size capability will insure that the LMXR will find its place in the plate market .
Featuring:
• Reducing space by max . 37 % approximately ( comparing to other models ) • Two kinds of track rail are available Standard rails : 50 kg/m rail ( Same as rail for LMXV Series ) Optional rails : 37 kg/m rail ( In general, it's for Oxy-fuel or Plasma use ) • High reliability / performance 2/4kW LASER Max 16mm thickness of mild steel as rolled can be cut by 2kW LASER Max 22mm thickness of mild steel as rolled can be cut by 4kW LASER • • Refined structure , easy operation / maintenance Gear box : Achieve smooth traveling and silent machine sound Maintenance free Operation panel : Redesigned to be smooth operation and functional Cutting capability : take over cutting capability of LMXV Sr. ( GOS E-Type, M.L.F. ) Automatic calibration : Automated height sensing calibration • Efficient design uses less electricity and gas. • Virtually maintenance free. • 37% smaller footprint (than many competitive models) • 2kW TF2000 cuts Max. 16mm thick mild steel as rolled • 4kW TF4000 cuts Max. 22mm thick mild steel as rolled • Automated height sensing calibration
